Delete customer account

Customers can delete their account directly inside Ubuzima+ Customer under Profile → Delete customer account.

If you cannot access your account, request deletion by email. Include the email address or phone number associated with the customer account. We may verify your identity before processing the request.

Deleting an account removes customer sign-in access and saved stock alerts. Pharmacy transaction records that must be retained for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention or audit obligations may remain for the required period and can be detached from the customer portal account.
